How it works
Initial call
You tell me what you want to build or what's slowing you down. I'll tell you whether I can do it, how I'd approach it, and what I'll need. No strings attached.
Digging into the brief
We go through your materials, existing systems, and everything the new solution has to connect to. For process automation it pays to visit and see the work first-hand; for a web app, a video call is usually enough.
Solution proposal and quote
You get a concrete proposal: architecture, exactly what I'll deliver, timeline, and price. Before you commit to anything, you know what I'm building and why.
Development and deployment
I build, test, and show what already works as I go. I deploy to production, and after launch I keep the system running under an SLA.
Operations under control
Every project comes with an SLA contract, and NDA if needed. I handle maintenance via a monthly retainer, scaled to the size of the solution.

Who stands behind this
I've been coding for over 15 years and I still love it. I'm driven by curiosity about how things work under the hood, and the pull toward the most efficient path to a solution, not just the first one that happens to work. I don't disappear into the code. I talk to clients and translate their business need into a technical decision that actually holds up.
Depending on the scope, I work solo or embed directly into the client's team. Behind me stands the IDEATECH network for development capacity and 3DCap for data and algorithms, so I pull in specialists whenever a project needs them. Your point of contact never changes: it's me, throughout the whole project.
Behind that is 15+ years of web application development, systems delivered on the agreed date, and production deployments running for real clients.
